About the event
This two-hour workshop introduces the neuroanatomy of anxiety and how vagus nerve regulation can calm the anxious mind and frantic body. Designed for any student who struggles with anxiety (parents are welcome to join!). After reviewing the science, we will practice applications, including breath work, meditation, and a yoga flow. Leave feeling calm, connected, encouraged, and empowered. Â
