Join us to effortlessly sink into 60 minutes of deep relaxation through powerful meditation methods, such as breathwork, uplifting visualization, and chakra balancing blended with soothing instrumentation and healing frequencies.
Additional Information:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring the accessories for your preferred position while meditating (yoga mat, blanket, pillow for laying down or a yoga pillow / foldable chair for sitting). No former meditation experience is necessary to participate.
