About the event

Are you currently in your second or third trimester or have recently entered the early postpartum stage? This workshop is tailor-made just for you! We understand the unique needs and challenges that pregnant and postpartum moms face, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Led by two extraordinary experts in their fields, Dr. Kellie Bedoni, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, and Nicole Mulhall, Clinical Psychologist, this workshop promises to be an evening dedicated entirely to your well-being.

During this workshop, you will discover a range of exercises and breathing techniques specifically designed to prepare your body for the incredible experience of labor. Dr. Bedoni will guide you through these techniques, empowering you to navigate the physical demands of childbirth.

From there, Clinical Psychologist Nicole Mulhall will shed light on the emotional journey of motherhood. Together, we will explore the often-unspoken topic of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. You will gain valuable knowledge about recognizing warning signs and discovering the resources available to seek help and support.

This workshop is an incredible opportunity to connect with other amazing moms-to-be and early postpartum moms who are sharing similar experiences. The supportive and nurturing environment we create will allow you to ask questions, share your own stories, and find comfort in the collective wisdom of the group.
