Our Small Group Training (max 10 attendees) offers personalized coaching and customized workouts to meet you where you’re at—ideal for those who want more guidance while building full-body functional strength and conditioning.
Not new to strength? Our Big Group Training (max 24 attendees) brings the motivation of a larger community while still focusing on full-body functional strength and conditioning for those who have the fundamentals down but are ready to break through plateaus.
Both options deliver dynamic, results-driven workouts designed to make you stronger, more confident, and ready to take on anything.

Our Sauna Series is the only drop-in option at the studio. This class combines 45 minutes of movement with a 15-minute traditional sauna finisher. Workout format options include:
Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic yoga class focusing on building strength, balance, and flexibility through powerful, flowing sequences.
Restore Flow: A gentle yoga session designed to relax the body, release tension, and encourage recovery.
Mat Pilates: Core-focused movements to build strength, improve posture, and enhance stability.

Getting stronger doesn't have an age limit. Our Masters class is designed specifically for women 60 and older who want to build strength, maintain independence, and feel confident in their bodies — whatever that looks like at this stage of life.
Capped at just 9 members, every session is coached with close attention to form, individual ability, and smart progression. Whether you're brand new to strength training or have been active for years, we meet you where you are and build from there.
Each class focuses on functional movement — the kind that makes everyday life easier, reduces injury risk, and keeps you strong for the long haul.

Girls Who Lift is our seasonal strength training program designed specifically for teen girls ages 13+. In a supportive, confidence-building environment, participants learn proper lifting technique, strength fundamentals, and healthy training habits while developing athleticism, resilience, and self-confidence. Group Training Memberships
Small & BiG Group Training
Group Strength Training is the foundation of what we do at KFIT. Both formats combine expert coaching with the energy of a supportive community in structured 60-minute classes designed to help you build muscle, improve body composition, and feel stronger in everyday life.
Our classes are customized to your individual fitness level and goals. Programming is progressive and designed to deliver measurable results over time. We do not offer drop-ins for our group strength classes. This ensures every workout is appropriate for your current ability and can be safely progressed.
Small Group (capped at 10) offers our most personalized experience, with individualized coaching, modifications, and hands-on support throughout every session.
Big Group (capped at 24) is ideal for women who have a solid foundation in strength training and enjoy a more dynamic, high-energy training environment.
Both classes provide a clear path for progress, built-in accountability, and a community of women who show up for themselves—and each other. Complimentary playcare is included with all memberships.

Specialty programs
SAuna Series Classes
Sauna Series Classes is are our dedicated recovery and restoration experience designed to help you unwind, reset, and support your overall well-being. It is our only drop-in offering at KFIT, giving you flexibility without a membership commitment.
Each session includes 45 minutes of movement—rotating between Mat Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, or Candlelight Restorative Yoga—followed by 15 minutes in the traditional sauna to support circulation, muscle recovery, and deep relaxation.
This series is designed to complement your strength training by improving mobility, reducing stress, and helping your body fully recover.

1:1 Private Training
Private 1:1 Training offers fully personalized coaching designed around your goals, fitness level, and individual needs. Whether you're new to strength training, returning from an injury, or looking to take your results further, each session is tailored to you with expert guidance, accountability, and progression.
Your coach will design a structured, progressive program to help you build strength, improve movement quality, and achieve lasting results in a focused, supportive environment. Price starts at $80/45 minute session.

Master’s Class FOr Women 60+
Masters Strength Training is a small-group strength and fitness program designed specifically for women in their 60s and beyond. These 60-minute classes focus on building strength, improving balance, increasing mobility, and maintaining independence for everyday life. With personalized coaching, modifications for all fitness levels, and a supportive community of women, you'll gain confidence, move better, and feel stronger in a welcoming, encouraging environment. Classes are capped at 9 women to ensure individualized attention and proper guidance. Space is limited. Inquire HERE.

At KFIT Body, we’re proud to support young women as they build strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits. Our Teen Programs are designed with a thoughtful approach to meet the unique needs of female teens, whether they’re athletes looking to enhance their performance or non-athletes seeking to develop a love for fitness.
