At the heart of KFIT Body is our strength and conditioning studio, where women learn to lift weights and build strong, resilient bodies. Whether you're just starting or an experienced lifter, we offer personalized and group training for all fitness levels.
SAUNA
SERIES
The Sauna Series blends 40 minutes of movement with a 20-minute dry sauna session to finish. Choose from Power Flow, Slow Flow, Mat Pilates, HIIT, or Endurance formats.
SPECIALTY

Our Small Group Training (max 9 attendees) offers personalized coaching and customized workouts to meet you where you’re at—ideal for those who want more guidance while building full-body functional strength and conditioning.
Prefer a higher-energy vibe? Our Big Group Training (max 20 attendees) brings the motivation of a larger community while still focusing on full-body functional strength and conditioning. You’ll get the push you need to crush your goals alongside like-minded women.

Our Sauna Series combines 40 minutes of movement with a 20-minute dry sauna finisher. Workout format options include:
Power Flow: A dynamic yoga class focusing on building strength, balance, and flexibility through powerful, flowing sequences.
Slow Flow: A gentle yoga session designed to relax the body, release tension, and encourage recovery.

HIIT: A fast-paced, cardio-focused workout that pushes your limits with high-intensity intervals.

Tween Bootcamp
(Ages 9-12)
This program introduces younger girls to fitness through fun, age-appropriate activities that develop coordination, strength, and confidence. It’s the perfect foundation for a lifetime of healthy movement.
Girls Who Lift
(Ages 13+)
Teaching the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive environment, this program is ideal for teens looking to build confidence, improve performance, learn the fundamentals of strength, and feel empowered through movement.
