SWEAT
Small + Big Group Training
Both formats combine expert coaching with the energy of a supportive community, structured 60-minute sessions built around progressive strength training to help you build muscle, improve body composition, and feel confident in your body.
Small Group (capped at 10) is our most personalized class format. Coaches provide individualized instruction, modifications, and hands-on support throughout every session, ideal if you want a tailored experience in an intimate setting.
Big Group (capped at 24) is designed for women who already have a solid foundation in functional strength training and are ready to train in a more dynamic, energetic environment.
Both classes include a clear plan for progress, consistent accountability, and a community of women who show up, for the work and for each other. *Complimentary playcare included with all memberships.

How do I cancel my membership?
4
Membership cancellations require written notice at least 5 days before your next billing date. Request can be made through the in-app chat feature, or email memberservices@kfitbody.com. Requests submitted after that window will take effect on the following cycle.
Will I be able to keep up?
Yes — and that's not just something we say. Every workout is coached and every exercise can be modified to meet you exactly where you are. Our members range from first-time lifters to women who have been training for years, and they all show up in the same room, pushing at their own level. You don't need to be fit to start — you just need to start.
