KFIT “Warm” Introduction
KFIT “Taste Test” and Movement Screening
Ideal if you already have some strength experience and are eager to dive in! Since every member completes an assessment before starting, this 60-minute session fast-tracks you into classes. You’ll get a studio tour, movement screening, and mini workout to experience how effective our training model really is. There’s zero commitment after attending—but if you decide KFIT feels like home, we’ll have everything we need to set you up for the best possible experience and get you started right away.
