Train more when you can.Less when you can't.

Girls Who Lift: Flexible Membership launches September 28th — for Middle & High School athletes, built for real schedules, not perfect ones.

School schedules are anything but predictable. And one of the biggest challenges we hear from parents? They don't want to pay for another membership their daughter can't actually use.

Practices change. Games get moved. You make the playoffs. Exams hit. Family trips happen. The flu takes over the house.

That's why we built a different kind of membership for our middle and high school girls.

How it works

Built for consistency.
Room for flexibility.

Commit to a minimum of 1x/week for 4 weeks.
Can't make it one week? Your session isn't lost.
Make the playoffs? Take the week.
Away with your family? Have fun.
Huge week at school? Focus on school.
When your schedule opens back up, your sessions are still there.
Use your 4th session and your membership automatically refills — no signing up again.

Coached, not just supervised

Every girl gets eyes on her form, every rep.

Small groups mean our coaches can actually coach — cueing, correcting and building each athlete's confidence one lift at a time. They learn how she moves, where she's strong, and exactly how to push her safely as she progresses week to week. It's the difference between a workout and real coaching.

Train for the season you're in

Training needs change throughout the year — your membership should too.

In Season

Maintain & support

One session a week to maintain strength and support performance while practices, games and travel fill the calendar.

Off Season

Build & progress

When the schedule opens up, train more frequently — up to 3x/week — and focus on building real strength, power and athleticism.

Flexible doesn't mean random.

Our programming builds week to week, and our coaches get to know each girl — how she moves, where she's strong, what she's working on and how to progress her. That's why we ask for a 1x/week minimum whenever your schedule allows, and why space is intentionally limited.

Because we're building more than strong girls

We want girls growing up knowing what their bodies are capable of.

A little bonus

Somewhere to land before class.

We know shuffling multiple kids is Tetris with time. To make your life even easier, if you need to drop your daughter off early, girls have access to our remote office/homework room up to an hour before class — a quiet spot to knock out homework while they wait.
