About the event
During this session, we'll focus on the topic of self-love. You'll both be led through a series of breathing exercises, visualizations, and sound bath frequencies that will help you relax, release stress and quiet your inner critique.
*Must be 13+ to join! Kerrie & Kiley's goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can fully relax, recharge, and renew your mind, body, and spirit. You'll leave the event feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.

Attendees should arrive in comfy clothes, with a yoga mat, blanket, and two pillows.
