Join us for a transformative two 1/2-hour immersive experience that will empower you like never before.
🏋️♀️ Ignite Your Inner Strength (30 minutes):
We'll start by tapping into your physical potential as you challenge yourself and build strength, stamina, and resilience with the KFIT Body team.
🌬️ Harness the Breath (10 minutes):
Next, the Yogi Laurens will guide you through breathing techniques to help unlock the incredible potential of your breath and prepare you for the Nordic Cycle.
🔥🌊Nordic Cycle (60 minutes)
From there, you'll embark on a journey of purification with the Saltwater Soul Sauna's Nordic Cycle. You'll experience three cycles of hot/cold immersion, a combination that will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to conquer any challenge that comes your way.
🎶 Guided Sound Bath Cleansing (30 minutes)
Lastly, we'll end with a peaceful sound bath to transport you to deep relaxation and restore your natural balance.
Note: Please bring your workout attire, a towel, and a water bottle for your comfort during the workshop.
