Included in the program is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), a non-invasive screening tool that evaluates long-term mineral patterns. Unlike bloodwork that captures a single moment, HTMA reflects trends over time, offering insight into stress patterns, metabolic tendencies, and nutrient utilization.

You’ll complete an InBody scans at the beginning and end of the program to track muscle mass and metabolic changes with clarity — not emotion.

Each week, we meet for a 60-minute live group coaching call that includes focused teaching, live coaching, and space for Q&A. Replays are available so you can revisit and integrate the material.
